Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with application testing and debugging techniques. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
