Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications you work on. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with various programming languages relevant to application development. - Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management. - Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
