Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and reliability, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other SAP components. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing. - Familiarity with data migration and system upgrades within SAP HCM. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
