Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Professional & Technical Skills: - Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) concepts (classes, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, exception handling). - Expertise in ABAP programming with hands-on experience in Business Objects (BOR) including usage of transactions like SWO1 and SESFTS (BO Test Shell). - Knowledge of integration techniques - Ability to design, develop, and debug interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management. - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting application issues. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Currently the work is in General shift. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
