Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the software. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with software testing and debugging techniques. - Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to SAP. - Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
