Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: a Be a expert Peoplesoft technical developer b Performs analysis, conceptual design, development (coding) and implementation of modifications c Translates business requirement to technical document and diagram d Resolve tickets, design and build Extensions, Interfaces and Reports for CoreHR, Recruitment (TAM, CG), Person profile and eNon Person profile management, Position management. e Design and build batch programs in HCM and fix/update existing batch programs Professional & Technical Skills: a Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. b Good Knowledge in AppEngine, SQR, Component Interfaces, AppDesigner, Peoplecode, XML Publisher and Application Packages. c Good exposure to business process in Peoplesoft CoreHR, Recruitment (TAM, CG), CG, Person profile and Non Person profile management, Position management. d Good Knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.54 or above e Proficient in Oracle SQL/PL SQL f Good prior experience of working on Production Support, conversion and/or Implementation projects Additional Information: Ready to work in shifts on Rotational basis
