Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
