Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME (L2 program) - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - Strong understanding of data modeling and data governance principles. - Experience with application development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for master data management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
