Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing challenges that arise during the development process, and contributing to the overall improvement of application functionality and performance. You will also be responsible for performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform (L2 program) - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin Programming Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Android Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Kotlin Programming Language. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
