Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance user experience and application performance, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
