As an SDE Intern at Grid OS, you will play a key role in building and maintaining internal applications and tools that support our cutting-edge IoT platform. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work across the full development stack, including frontend, backend, and DevOps, while gaining hands-on experience with modern technologies in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, with a strong focus on state management using Redux. Support backend development using technologies such as python, Node.js, or Java, and integrate with databases like MySQL or MongoDB. Assist in DevOps activities including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and monitoring of internal tools and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Review and analyze codebases, identify bugs or improvements, and make relevant changes to enhance application performance and maintainability. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality. Stay up to date with industry trends and actively apply new technologies to improve development processes.

Requirements:

Pursuing a degree (UG/PG) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Solid understanding of full-stack web development, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React) and state management libraries like Redux. Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot). Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker, etc.). Experience with code review processes, identifying logical and structural issues in codebases. Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
