As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a key role in the Integrations team at myKaarma, working to innovate and scale backend data integrations. You will be responsible for driving innovations, handling the scale of data influx, and enhancing customer satisfaction, among other ad hoc tasks. You will collaborate closely with product, customer success, and third-party teams to deliver exceptional customer service, optimize software performance, and streamline business operations with myKaarma. This role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and develop expertise in handling large-scale backend data with proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and evolve the current third-party Integrations ecospace for myKaarma in terms of the technical pipeline Shape the way Integrations are designed Working with tight timelines and deliverables on high-priority projects, collaborating with internal teams like Product, Engineering, Support, and Deployment teams. Collaborating with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical arenas

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Experience:

0-3 years of experience,

preferably with exposure to cloud technologies or distributed systems. Education:

Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering

with strong Computer Science fundamentals Skills: Proficiency in

understanding complex system architecture, communication, both verbal and written.

Strong understanding of

Data structures and Algorithms,

writing microservices in Java, distributed systems, and Spring Boot applications.

Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications

Jira management, GitHub source code management, Google Workspace proficiency, experience with ETL tool(s), and database management exposure.

The starting salary range for this role is

20 Lahks
