Job Description

:

• Build workflow frameworks and utilities to speed up test execution and increase test coverage
• Analyse requirements and design, build and execute test cases to assure the quality of the application under test
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components
• In-Sprint development testing
• Build automated dashboards and monitoring tools using AI and ML
• Collaborate with Test Specialists (Guild core team members) for any testing initiative/processes/demos/best practices across the platform.
• Develop and execute various types of tests including functional, system, integration, end-to-end, black box, regression, API and batch testing
• Must contribute guild level activities(Ex: Maintaining E2E regression test scenarios impacted by Tribe component changes, E2E framework development contribution)
• Design and execute system integration testing which includes performance/spike/load/stress and security testing
• Run automation test via Jenkins job and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Analyse test results, detect issues and track root causes
• Manage and maintain E2E test environments and test data

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 6 year of experience in testing related role, with at least 3 years of experience using Java and Selenium
• Skilled in Selenium and one programming language such as Java, Python
• Hands on experience of implementing BDD framework using either Serenity or Cucumber
• Good understanding of testing principles, techniques, approaches
• Hands-on experience of authoring basic testing artifacts such as test plan & strategy, Test cases, Daily status reports
• Working knowledge of following modules of an enterprise test management tool such as HPALM, HPQC or Octane
• Experience in the design and development of UI & API Test automation frameworks
• Expertise in testing API\'s using tools and frameworks such as Postman, Soap UI, Rest Assured and Karate
• Strong knowledge on Performance test methodology and process with hands on experience with API performance testing using JMeter or Load Runner
• Excellent SQL skills to work on large and complex data sources and capability of comprehending and writing complex queries
• Exposure to Test integration in DevOps pipelines [CI-CD]
