Role Summary

As an SDE II, you will be a key driver in the design and ownership of our core microservices.
You will transition from simply implementing features to designing scalable, secure, and robust
systems, including the complex logic required for real-time delivery and the integration of our AI
component.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable microservices for critical project components (e.g.,
order management, doctor tele-consultation gateway, and real-time tracking).
Take end-to-end ownership of major system features from architecture to deployment
and monitoring.
Collaborate with the AI team to design APIs for seamless, high-performance integration
of the AI-based prescription reading module.
Contribute to high-level system design discussions and effectively articulate trade-offs in
reliability, performance, and cost.
Identify bottlenecks and optimize existing services to ensure the platform handles
thousands of concurrent users and maintains real-time performance.
Mentor SDE I engineer and drive engineering best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack software development.
Proven experience in designing and building services using a microservices
architecture.
Expertise in a modern back-end framework and strong knowledge of System Design
principles.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing efficient, optimized data
schemas.
Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, applying
relevant design patterns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
