: Position Summary: The Data Analyst will focus on collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, process, and analyze data to identify trends and insights. - Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs. - Ensure data accuracy and quality in all analyses. - Prepare and clean datasets for analysis to ensure accuracy and usability. - Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics. - Support data-driven decision-making by identifying actionable insights. - Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science). - 2-4 years of experience in data analytics. - Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
