Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - Strong understanding of SAP MM module and its integration with other modules. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP MM PO solutions. - Knowledge of SAP MM PO configuration and customization. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM PO issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) module. - Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and its procurement processes. - Knowledge of SAP MM integration with other modules like FI, CO, and SD. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
