Job Requisition ID #25WD89048We are seeking a talented and experienced Wolken Engineer to join our dynamic team at Autodesk. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and be proficient in Wolken product. As a Wolken product engineer, you will play a critical role in configuring Wolken platform and interface between business users and Wolken team for effective delivery.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, develop the ITSM process using Wolken products.
• Collaborate with functional owners to understand the requirements and develop solutions
• Configure Wolken ITSM tools to meet business needs.
• Play a key role of interfacing between Business stake holders and Wolken professions services team for requirements, configuration and validation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting or Product related issues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ITSM and Wolken product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management using Wolken
• Proven experience in Wolken product development and configurations.
• Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant certifications in ITSM or Wolken products are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and SaaS applications.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
