Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of government digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications aligned with government standards and citizen-centric services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications for government departments.
Work on front-end components using

JavaScript/TypeScript and ReactJS

.
Build secure and scalable backend services using

NodeJS and ExpressJS

.
Design, manage, and query databases including

SQL, NoSQL, and Redis

for caching and performance.
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal government systems.
Ensure adherence to government security guidelines, data protection norms, and audit compliance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the entire application stack.
Participate in documentation, review meetings, and coordination with government officials.
Deploy and manage applications on

AWS

cloud environment (Basic to Intermediate level).
Support continuous improvements, enhancements, and version upgrades.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript and TypeScript

Hands-on experience with

ReactJS

for frontend development.
Solid backend development experience with

NodeJS + ExpressJS

.
Good understanding of

SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

and

NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

databases.
Experience with

Redis

for caching and session management.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of

AWS services

such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work within government processes, documentation standards, and structured workflows.
