Experience

+ 10+ years of experience growing and leading successful engineering teams (multiple squads or domains).
+ 10+ years leading and delivering complex technical projects from concept to production in distributed systems
+ Proven track record of building highly scalable applications. Exposer to developing data pipeline,

agent-based systems

would be an added advantage .

Skills

+ Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
+ Knowledge of AI/ML orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, RAG pipelines) would be an added advantage.
+ Excellent communication skills, able to influence at executive levels while staying hands-on with architecture reviews.

Education

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.



As a director of the software engineering division, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.


Grow and lead multiple engineering teams (30+ engineers across US/Global) to deliver AI agent solutions and associated microservices. Define and execute the roadmap for

Agentic AI

, leveraging frameworks such as

LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, RAG orchestration, and vector search

. Lead projects that span multiple infrastructure and AI domains, including distributed systems. Provide technical direction and audit design decisions to ensure

scalability, resilience, and compliance

. Cultivate engineering best practices for software design, testing, documentation, observability, and delivery in cloud-native environments (OCI, Kubernetes). Drive operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on

AI safety, bias mitigation, decision tracing, and governance frameworks

. Collaborate with product, clinical, UX, and compliance stakeholders to align engineering deliverables with customer needs and regulatory requirements. * Mentor and develop engineering leaders and individual contributors, fostering a
