We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Director of Software Development to lead a talented team in building our state of art AI Agent platform. This leader will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive the design, development, and delivery of a platform that empowers external developers to build, test, and deploy intelligent agents that leverage our data, knowledge layers, and event-driven architecture.

Leadership & Team Building

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of 10 software developers.


Foster a collaborative, innovative, and outcome-focused engineering culture.


Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and facilitate professional development.

Technical Strategy & Execution

Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 3rd party agent developer experience platform.


Architect scalable, secure, and reliable systems, ensuring they meet performance and compliance standards.


Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business priorities.

Hands-On Development

Contribute directly to software design, coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.


Champion engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Developer Relations, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional developer experience.


Engage with third-party developers for feedback and continuous improvement.

Quality & Delivery

Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.


Implement metrics and monitoring to track platform usage, performance, and developer satisfaction.
