Job Title: Junior Developer

Experience:

2-3+ years in software development, particularly in 4G/5G Protocols

Education:

B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science (related branches will be considered) Strong academic background with excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

Assist in tasks ranging from systemization, design, to software development, debugging and testing of 5G features. Participate in SW design, implementation, and verification/integration under senior guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature development aligns with project goals. Document development processes and test outcomes comprehensively.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in languages like C, C++, or Python for software development and network implementation. Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify, analyze, and solve technical challenges. Ability and willingness to learn and to work in agile cross-functional teams Understanding 3GPP radio access standardization concepts including algorithms, procedures, and protocols. Should have good understanding of 3GPP protocols like LTE and 5G NR. Should have strong understanding of end-to-end RAN system. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC layers in 4G, 5G. Experience in developing and testing software for 5G Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols. Familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and simulators at the system and node Basic understanding of the Linux operating system and optimizing data processing paths using DPDK and Smart Network Interface Cards. Proficient in using version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira. Experience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker. Knowledge about agile and lean methodologies. Self-driven and proactive approach. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficient in English.
