Job Description

We are looking for a

smart, analytical, and highly motivated Software Developer Trainee

to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in web development and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will work closely with senior developers to build, enhance, and optimize web applications while gaining industry-level experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of responsive web applications using

React

and

Next.js

. Work with

Strapi CMS

for backend content management and integration. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and improve performance. Implement basic

SEO best practices

for better website visibility. Support digital marketing activities when needed (optional but beneficial). Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and development sprints. Learn and adopt new technologies and tools as required.

Required Skills

Excellent knowledge of

React

and

Next.js

. Familiarity with

Strapi CMS

or any headless CMS. Strong Understanding of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, and modern frontend development concepts. Basic awareness of

SEO principles

. Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills

. Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Added Advantages (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of

digital marketing

fundamentals. Exposure to version control (Git/GitHub). Understanding of API integration and backend workflows.
