Responsibilities:

Lead and guide a team of developers and interns. Work on real-time projects using

React, Python, Express.js, Flutter, and React Native

. Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices. Train and mentor interns by sharing technical knowledge and guiding them on projects. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications. Manage timelines and ensure project deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of professional development experience

. Strong knowledge of

React, Python, Express.js, Flutter / React Native

. Ability to lead a team and train interns. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
