Senior Full Stack Developer - On-Site (India) | Leadership Role

We're building an advanced SaaS platform for the transport & logistics industry, currently in enterprise beta and scaling across Australia. We need a senior full stack developer who can handle complexity, lead a team, and take ownership of core engineering and DevOps.

Role Overview

You'll work directly with the Founder and Tech Lead to drive full-stack development, architecture decisions, CI/CD, multitenancy, and mobile builds. This is an

on-site, high-ownership engineering role

, not a remote or ticket-pushing job.

Tech Stack

Backend:

Laravel, MySQL (Proficient)

Frontend:

Blade, jQuery, Vue.js

Mobile:

React Native (working knowledge)

DevOps:

AWS, CI/CD pipelines, multitenant setups

Automation:

Basic Terraform

APIs:

Firebase & third-party integrations

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development and support junior developers Own CI/CD, AWS deployments, build pipelines, app store releases Translate requirements into actionable plans for the team Optimise complex workflows, performance, and data structures Collaborate with design, QA, and business ops Manage release quality, code reviews, and sprint execution

Who You Are

5+ years full-stack experience Strong in Laravel + Vue + SQL performance Experience with CI/CD + AWS + multitenancy Ability to mentor, guide, and solve complex problems Comfortable with evolving requirements Bonus: Experience in digital marketing tech or analytics
