As Software Developer Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Onecloud application, our customer-facing platform delivering self-serve capabilities and analytics. You'll guide a small, dynamic team, drive architectural decisions, and champion coding standards and best practices. What makes you a great fit:

5+ years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role Proficient in ASP.NET Zero, Angular, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and XML Strong knowledge of .NET framework and C# Experience with databases including BigQuery, SQL Server, and Postgres Skilled in integrating Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions Proven UI/UX design experience with a focus on intuitive interfaces Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across the full stack Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passionate about continuous learning and emerging technologies

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team Guide architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and estimation sessions Lead the design and development of core features and concepts Collaborate with Business Analysts and Operations to translate requirements Introduce new tools and methodologies to improve productivity and quality Deliver regular updates on development progress and releases Plan and execute out-of-hours product deployments Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards Support continuous improvement and innovation within the team Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
