Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer who can take ownership of designing, coding, testing, and delivering complex product features. The role involves working closely with a development team to build high-quality, reliable and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality product features with strong focus on design, coding, testing and performance. Participate in product design, modelling, implementation and quality assurance. Identify and resolve complex technical issues; support team members in troubleshooting. Demonstrate initiative and drive tasks to completion with high standards of speed and quality. Continuously improve work processes and stay updated with modern agile engineering practices. Expand technical knowledge and share expertise within the team. Work in Agile/Scrum environments for product delivery. Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to convert product concepts into functional features.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years

of hands-on product development experience. BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field. Strong understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming and Design

. Expertise in

Java

Spring Boot

and

JavaScript

. Experience working with

MongoDB

or similar document databases. Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise-grade Java applications. Familiarity with

Agile methodologies

like Scrum or Kanban. Good understanding of

RESTful APIs

and design patterns. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
