Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience, having strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce pages, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The role involves working extensively with asynchronous processing, managed packages (2GP), and complex Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Develop and manage asynchronous processes including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled jobs, and Future methods Work with Second Generation Managed Packages (2GP) including versioning, dependency handling, and upgrade strategies Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Ensure bulkification, governor limit compliance, and performance optimization Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support UAT Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Maintain technical documentation and ensure coding best practice

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 2+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Bulk Processing) Strong experience with Batch Apex and asynchronous processing Hands-on experience with Visualforce pages Strong experience with Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled, Auto-launched) Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Solid understanding of governor limits, large data volume handling, and performance optimization Experience with Salesforce deployments and release management Salesforce certifications are a plus Experience with Second Generation Managed Packages (2GP) is a plus Experience with Analytics Studio / CRM Analytics is a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Nice to Have (Optional) Experience with Experience Cloud / Communities CI/CD or SFDX knowledge Platform Events or event-driven architecture Experience working in high-volume data environment
