Job Description

We are looking for an

Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

who is eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute across the entire application stack. You will work closely with the founding team to design, develop, and improve web applications, having a direct impact on both the product and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features for web applications Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Collaborate directly with founders to understand product requirements Build and integrate RESTful APIs and databases Debug, test, and improve existing functionality Participate in architecture and technical decision-making Take ownership of features from idea to deployment
Required Qualifications

1-3 years of professional or project-based software development experience Experience with both front-end and back-end development Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one modern framework/library (e.g., React, Node.js) Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with full stack frameworks (e.g., MERN, MEAN, Next.js) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of REST APIs and authentication concepts Experience working in a startup or small-team environment
Skills & Attributes

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong communication skills in a small-team setting Ability to adapt quickly and handle multiple responsibilities Curiosity and eagerness to grow technically
