Job Key Performance Indicators

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Expected to conduct system analysis and development to keep the application current with changing technologies.
• Assist with prompt and professional response of user bug reports
• Determine operational feasibility and risk by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Analyse system specifications and translate business requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques,; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Review and repair legacy code.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
• Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
• Possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Possess a positive "Can Do" attitude.
• Ability to "think outside the box".
• Capable of taking ownerships of tasks at hand and delivering solutions without management.
• Expert knowledge of computer languages, data structures, logic and flow-charting, computer program design methods and techniques, databases and writing program documentation.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Good understanding of Accounting functions and methodologies

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein in support of the company.

Skills/Qualifications:

6 or more years' experience in software development

Software Design experience

Software Architecture understanding

Quoting and estimation work items

API development

Web development - Angular or bootstrap preferable

PWA Development experience preferable

Software Documentation

Unit test development

Good communication and teamwork

SQL Database Operation

VB.net and C#.net experience

Desktop Application development

Crystal reports

Visual studio 2017 and higher

Jira operation or similar tool

Devopps operation or simulator tool
