About the role

We are seeking a

Software Developer/Engineer

to design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications and tools that support our operational and business needs. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with production and management systems, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain in-house software applications and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with production and management systems. Optimize code and enhance application performance to ensure smooth and reliable operation. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. Manage and maintain databases, reporting systems, and automation tools. Support IT and automation initiatives across various departments. Document technical processes, system updates, and development workflows. Ensure software solutions meet company standards for quality, security, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

4-7 years of relevant software development experience

Programming Skills:

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as

Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript

. Understanding of

production or manufacturing systems

Database Management:

Experience with

SQL/NoSQL databases

(e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Software Development:

Strong understanding of

software development life cycle (SDLC)

, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging practices.

Integration & Automation:

Knowledge of

API integration

, scripting, and

automation tools

. Knowledge of industrial automation or ERP systems will be an added advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
