WEBOAPP DISCOVERY is a software development company located in Mohali, Punjab. We are an Authorized Partner of Zoho as well to lead and deal in Zoho products PAN India. We are also offering many kind of services ERP system development, Python, Java, and React development. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Zoho Developer Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring optimal performance of ZOHO ONE CRM systems and products.
- Upgrading and configuring ZOHO ONE CRM systems for optimized integration.
- Managing ZOHO ONE CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new ZOHO ONE CRM releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
- Around 3 -5 years of experience in CRM Implementation.
- Good communication skills required for client facing role.
- Should have experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator & other Zoho products.
