Your key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a software application (Risk Navigator) using C#, WPF, and SQL. Design and develop new Application UI Modules in Javascript/React following company standards Collaborate with other engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality and reliable software. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Support the migration to .net core and microservice architecture Connecting to data services , designing and providing APIs for third parties.

Your skills and experience

Proficiency in C# programming language and .net Framework. Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) for developing desktop applications. Strong knowledge of SQL for query definition and experience with database design and management. Strong knowledge of Javascript and React for user interface development Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jira, TeamCity, Jenkins), Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development with C#, WPF, and SQL. Experience in financial industry / asset management is required for proper discussion with stakeholders Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
