Job Summary

Tech Avant Garde is looking for a motivated and technically strong

Software Developer

to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, ensure code quality, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

.NET-based applications

following best coding standards and design patterns. Develop and maintain

ASP.NET Core Web APIs

and

.NET microservices

with high performance and scalability. Build and maintain

Blazor-based front-end applications

integrated with backend services. Integrate third-party and internal

RESTful APIs

and handle data rendering efficiently. Design, develop, and maintain

MSSQL databases

and write optimized SQL queries. Implement

ADO.NET

for database operations. Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, product managers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality releases. Perform

functional testing, unit testing, and feature validation

to ensure usability and performance. Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, optimize application performance, and ensure reliability. Ensure code quality, security, maintainability, and automation through

CI/CD pipelines

. Participate in

Agile/SCRUM ceremonies

, including sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions. Maintain source code using

GitHub

and follow version control best practices. Stay updated with emerging .NET technologies and propose enhancements to improve system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

.

3-5 years of hands-on experience

in software development. Strong proficiency in

ASP.NET Core

and

C#

. Experience in developing

RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API

. Hands-on experience with

MSSQL

and strong SQL knowledge. Working knowledge of

ADO.NET

. Experience with

CI/CD integrations

. Familiarity with

unit testing frameworks

such as

nUnit

. Strong understanding of

full-stack development

and software engineering principles. Experience with

Agile/SCRUM methodologies

. Proficiency in

GitHub

or similar version control systems. Ability to work effectively in a

fast-paced, office-based environment

.
