Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Full Stack Developer

with strong expertise in

React.js

on the frontend and

Node.js

on the backend. The ideal candidate will have at least

5 years of professional experience

building scalable web applications, working with RESTful APIs, and integrating modern frontend technologies with backend services. You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from design to deployment, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

frontend applications

using React.js, Redux/Context, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript. Build and maintain

backend services and APIs

using Node.js, Express (or similar frameworks). Design and manage

databases

(SQL/NoSQL) ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. Implement secure, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly applications. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment and hosting. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in full-stack development.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in

JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux (or similar state management tools)

. Solid experience with

Node.js, Express.js (or Nest.js)

. Strong knowledge of

RESTful APIs

and experience with GraphQL (optional but preferred). Hands-on experience with

databases

: Relational: MySQL, PostgreSQL NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB (nice to have) Experience with

HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, TailwindCSS, or Material-UI

. Familiarity with

cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have

Experience with

Next.js

or Server-Side Rendering (SSR). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with microservices architecture. Experience with automated testing (Jest, Cypress, Mocha, etc.).

Pay: ₹311,084.25 - ₹1,333,050.73 per year
