. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing solutions using Zoho applications without traditional coding.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and optimize solutions across
Zoho applications
using no-code and low-code tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and translate them into functional workflows.
Configure modules, automate processes, and create dashboards within the Zoho environment.
Handle minor script-based customizations when needed (training/support will be provided).
Troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
Prepare documentation and support users during onboarding and implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
