Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer with 1-3 years of real-world experience, strong in React Native and solid across the MERN stack. This role involves building production-grade applications, integrating third-party services, and deploying scalable systems.

This is not a training role. You will be expected to ship, debug, and own features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain React Native applications for Android and iOS Develop and extend MERN stack web applications (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) Integrate third-party APIs (payments, auth, messaging, analytics, etc.) Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code Handle backend logic, APIs, and database interactions Deploy and manage applications using Docker, PM2, and Linux servers Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver features on time
Required Skills

1-3 years of professional experience in software development Strong proficiency in React Native (hooks, navigation, state management) Good working knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB Experience building and consuming REST APIs Familiarity with Docker and PM2-based deployments Comfortable working with Git, branches, and pull requests Understanding of async programming, error handling, and edge cases
Good to Have (Big Plus)

Experience with production deployments and server management Knowledge of authentication flows, role-based access, and security basics Exposure cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) Experience handling real users and real data Ability to read and improve existing codebases (not just write new ones)
