We are seeking a knowledgable technical leader to lead our core database security development in Oracle AI databases. In this critical role, you will lead design and development of audit and monitoring solution in Oracle AI database security features. You will focus will be driving innovation, deliver new features and maintain audit functionality for both internal and external audit consumers.


Security and monitoring is a key requirement for Oracle AI databases where more than 90% of worlds' sensitive data is stored. Also, tools such as AVDF (Audit Vault and Database Firewall) and Data Safe service depend on audit records generated on the target databases. Audit record generation needs to be efficient, reliable and targeted for identified security critical events and for access of sensitive data.


In this role, you will be leading design and development of unified audit features for autonomous databases, analytic and Agentic AI applications. You will also work with sister teams such as QA team to ensure quality of the product, sustaining engineering team on addressing customer issues and doc team to ensure accurate description of the features.


You need hands-on experience on database internals, sound knowledge of computer science topics and ability to quickly grasp concepts. Experience in development of any Database Servers (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Postgress, MySQL, etc) is desired. You should also have good written and spoken communication skills to write functional and design specifications.
