Software Developer Responsibilities

Responsible for developing new features and extending existing features of the platform. You will also be required to understand all aspect of the platform including front end and back end technologies; develop high quality code, perform code reviews, write unit tests, optimize SQL and conform to the latest best practices.

Assist to design overall architecture of the web application.

Front-End

Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap AJAX

Back-End

API design and development CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) RESTful Services and SOAP web services Spring framework (Spring boot experience is an advantage) Server-side languages like Java, JavaScript, .Net, PHP. Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL Web server technologies like J2EE, Apache, Node.js, etc. Experience with AWS Assist to develop front end website architecture. Design user interactions on web pages. Develop back end website applications. Create servers and databases for functionality. Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. Ensure responsiveness of applications. Work with graphic designers for web design features. Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Knowledge of code versioning tools. Knowledge of Agile Methodology
