Basic Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.


6+ years of hands-on software development experience.


Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.


Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Golang or Python.


Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.


Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and container monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana,


Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience designing and building distributed systems or microservices in a cloud environment.


Experience in any scripting languages like Python, Ruby or BASH


Experience developing web applications or full-stack solutions.


Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or SaaS platforms.


Passion for mentoring junior engineers and driving engineering best practices.



Design, develop, and maintain core components of Marketplace services, contributing to both feature development and operational excellence.


Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable and reliable designs.


Participate in on-call rotation to monitor fleet and services and improve operational capabilities via runbooks, alarming, and tooling


Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code and participate in code reviews.


Contribute to improving automation, CI/CD, and system observability.


Troubleshoot complex issues in production and drive improvements in monitoring and resilience.


Partner with other senior engineers to implement distributed system patterns and best practices.
