As a System Developer 2 in Oracle Health, you will provide advanced technical support for in-house product applications & solutions hosted on Linux, Windows, & Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll lead root cause analysis, drive system performance improvements, & handle support escalations. This role requires strong knowledge of CareAwareOps product architecture, OCI services, & technologies like VMware, Citrix, Zabbix, Splunk, & New Relic. You'll manage containerized services (iBus/FetaLink), support complex migrations, & build internal tools using scripting languages such as PowerShell & Python. A key focus is creating smart automation workflows to reduce manual effort in recurring tasks. Strong communication & collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency & delivery.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux server management
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Linux
Strong knowledge of OS fundamentals, algorithms, networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP), & system architecture
Proficiency in PowerShell, Shell, Java, Python, or similar languages for backend tasks & automation
Practical experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) & cloud engineering infrastructure
Excellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, & communication skills

Responsibilities include managing internal deployments, defining business specifications, & driving product/component integrations. You'll help map standard application functionality to global/local business needs, identify gaps, & recommend enhancements or process changes. You'll also oversee setup, configuration, & rollout of products in coordination with internal teams. Additionally, you'll define data interface specs, support user acceptance testing, & provide technical support post-deployment, including bug diagnosis, patching, & upgrades.
