We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work collaboratively in an Agile environment, utilizing your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions.
Duties
Design and develop robust applications using Ruby on Rails, .NET, and Python.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in application development.
Integrate APIs and work with MySQL databases to ensure seamless data flow.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, .NET, Python, JavaScript, and VBA is highly desirable.
Experience with MySQL database management and API integration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
