About the Role:

Maitretech Solution is looking for a passionate and motivated React Developer Trainee to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience in developing real-time web applications using React.js and related technologies. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in front-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing responsive and interactive web applications using React.js. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Work with REST APIs and integrate backend services. Debug and troubleshoot browser-based issues. Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers. Collaborate with senior developers on real-time projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+). Basic knowledge of React.js (Hooks, Components, State Management). Familiarity with Node.js and API integration. Knowledge of REST web services and Open API design. Problem-solving and debugging skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good to Have (Optional):

Exposure to AWS / Cloud platforms. Experience with UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap). Understanding of browser debugging and performance testing tools. Knowledge of project management tools and Agile practices.
Qualification:

B.Tech By CS or IT / BCA/MCA / M.Tech (Pass-out candidates only). Freshers are welcome to apply.
