The Role

We're looking for talented Senior Software Developers to join our engineering team and contribute to building robust, scalable solutions that power enterprise workflows. You'll work on challenging problems involving real-time data processing, AI integration, and multi-tenant architecture while collaborating with a team of passionate technologists.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and Spring Boot Build scalable backend services and APIs that handle real-time data processing for thousands of concurrent users Develop responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces using modern React patterns and best practices Implement AI-powered features and automation workflows within our platform Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established standards Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

4+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in at least two of our core technologies: React, Node.js, Python, or Spring Boot Experience building and deploying production-grade web applications Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture Proficiency with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern deployment practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications Knowledge of real-time data processing and event-driven architectures Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their integration in applications Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Understanding of security best practices for enterprise applications Experience with testing frameworks and test-driven development Previous startup experience

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
