The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Works as senior software Developer Lead and monitor resources working in team Deliver the task on time with Quality Required Skills (Technical Competency): University or university of applied sciences degree (electrical engineering or automation technology, technical computer science). . Relevant work experience in software development is required, ideally for embedded systems (minimum 8 years') . Extensive Knowledge and Experience in C/C++, GCC, C++ 14, Jenkins, GIT . Good knowledge of job-specific tools: Synergy, Git, Gerrit, Doors is considered a plus. . Good understanding of HW and SW interactions within complex system architectures . Experience in Linux cross platform environment . Solid understanding of object-oriented design paradigms and software modelling and software test methodologies. . Proven track record with requirements driven developments and traceability methods. . Experience with agile software development Desired Skills: Specialization Required: Experience with railway signaling SIL4 Product Development (onboard + wayside) Familiar with CENELEC standard
