We are looking for a skilled C# Backend Developer to join our team and help us build robust and scalable backend systems for our applications.
This role integrates Devops - i.e. you will be both developing, deploying and monitoring the running cloud application.
An important part of the role is to engage directly with technical leadership in Dx Product development. So excellent written and oral communication skills are required. The role has end-to-end software ownership of design definition, implementation, and documentation of the delivered application.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and implement backend features using C#
Collaborate with technical leads and product owners to ensure high quality delivery of requirements
Build efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with front-end developers and other engineers to ensure a seamless user experience
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality 50%
Maintain and extend database implementation and migration scripts 10%
Keep system documentation up-to-date. This include system architecture, changelogs, build descriptions, continues deployment, branching strategy etc.10%
Deployment to Prod and coordinating infrastructure needs with cloud ops 10%
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems on production systems 15%
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in C# and backend development 5%
One of the positions will be a technical team lead and allocate ~15% to management of the technical team (15)

Bachelors in Software Engineering
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
Proven experience as a C# developer (5+ years)
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Experience with ASP.NET Core or similar backend frameworks
Experience with SQL databases and Entity Framework or similar ORM tools a plus
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Enterprise experience in microservice development
Experience with Open Api spec, YAML, RAML
Experience with DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus points:
For the leading position 3-5 years experience with leading a technical team
Experience with secure network configuration on Azure
Experience with monitoring applications in Azure
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working on Event driven architecture is very desirable (brokers, pub/sub)
Experience with DevOps implementation
Opportunity to train and work with Mulesoft ecosystem (Anypoint).
