Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled Software Developers to join our dynamic AI development team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world healthcare applications, leveraging your knowledge in Python, FastAPI, and Machine Learning to build scalable and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend systems using Python and FastAPI. Design and optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability. Support the creation and deployment of AI/ML-based predictive models. Collaborate with product, data, and research teams for feature integration. Participate in code reviews, documentation, and debugging processes. Assist with implementation and integration activities at client locations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Proficiency in Python and FastAPI frameworks. Practical experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases. Understanding of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and version control systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Effective communication and documentation abilities.
