Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst ready to transition into software development by leveraging AI programming tools. This unique role is designed for analytical professionals who want to build full-stack applications, APIs, and software solutions using their problem-solving skills combined with AI assistants. You'll be doing actual software engineering work--building features, fixing bugs, deploying applications--but using AI tools as your primary coding mechanism.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development Using AI Tools

Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and microservices by directing AI tools to generate production-ready code Develop frontend interfaces using AI to write React, Vue, or Angular components Create backend services by prompting AI for Node.js, Python Flask/Django, or similar frameworks Implement software features from user stories and technical specifications using AI-assisted development Participate in full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment

Leveraging Analytical Background

Apply data analysis mindset to understand user requirements and system architecture Use analytical skills to debug issues, trace data flow, and optimize performance Validate software behavior through systematic testing approaches learned from data validation Translate complex business logic into clear requirements that AI can implement Apply statistical thinking to implement A/B testing, feature flags, and monitoring

AI-Powered Engineering Tasks

Use AI to write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests Generate database schemas, migrations, and queries through AI collaboration Implement authentication, authorization, and security features with AI assistance Create CI/CD pipelines by describing requirements to AI tools Refactor legacy code by guiding AI through modernization requirements

Software Engineering Responsibilities

Participate in code reviews (reviewing both human and AI-generated code) Respond to production incidents and bug reports Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers Maintain documentation for systems and APIs Contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
