Job Description
Design and Develop major new features in existing systems. Be a catalyst in enhancing the engineering practices, ops practices, development process, ownership, and mentoring. May occasionally collaborate across team 7-12 years of distributed service engineering experience in a software development environment Experience driving feature design reviews, documentation, UX reviews, and working with Product Managers through the entire launch process Strong development experience in Java, go, C++, C#, or similar OO languages Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals Experience working with Kubernetes. 5+ years experience using and developing infra and applications on a public cloud 5+ years experience in Cloud Security 5+ years experience using Elastic Search, Kafka, Redis 5+ years experience in ML Operations 10+ years of experience developing in Java & Python Working familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP) and standard network architectures Good understanding of databases, NoSQL systems, storage, and distributed persistence technologies Experience building multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure is a strong plus
