Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

You would be responsible for all aspects of product development lifecycle - design, development, performance tuning, and support to internal and customer testing/production. Apply your development and programming skills of Core Java and Microservices towards building low latency and high throughput transactional application. Qualifications Engineering in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic or Telecommunication from leading technology institutes
Minimum CGPA of 7 at all levels of education (including 10th, 12th and above)

Experience 6 to 8 years in software development
Worked on development of the same product or project for three or more years
In the current company for at least three years Technology Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE, Microservices, Design Patterns, ORM, Databases.
Hands-on development experience in implementing APIs using Java-J2EE, JAX-RS - Java API for RESTful Web Service.
Should have OOAD and UML based design experience as an individual contributor.
Strong knowledge in Core Java, J2EE, Advanced Java Design patterns
Ability to create designs considering performance and scalability aspects of application. Other skills Experience in product development
Willingness to quickly learn and adapt with new technical skills and functional domains.
Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with various stakeholders while solving complex product business requirements.
Guide and mentor junior developers in development and debugging.
Self-drive to learn new technology Nice to have Experience in Banking domain
Exposure to Agile methodologies
