OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, a keen eye for UI/UX design, and a passion for building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.





As a Software Designer, you will deliver software modules by ensuring detailed design and implementation of those modules. You will interface with Software Architect, System/Product Architects, Software designers, V&V Architects, V&V designers, Project, Product, Quality, Safety team, Cyber Security Engineers and support program towards QCD commitments.

Experience & Role Overview:

4+ years of experience in end-to-end software development in Frontend using

Vue.JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

hands-on experience in

microservices architectures

and Exposure to frontend technologies and integration with backend services. Experience working in Agile environments and SCRUM methodology.

Technical Skills:

Frontend:

Strong understanding in Vue.js (Mandatory), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Good to know Angular/React and Node SPA (Single Page Application) development Responsive and performant web interface design.

Backend & Architecture (Exposure):

Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, Rest

Cloud & DevOps:

Exposure to Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking) Familiarity with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Git, Infrastructure as Code Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (AKS)

User Experience:

UI-UX JS Libraries, Go.js, AGGrid

Tools & IDEs:

Git, Visual Studio Code Experience with debugging and profiling tools

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering - IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and able to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix Organization. Outstanding Technical leader with proven track record in managing multi software programs towards successful delivery. Be Innovative and demonstrate to peers and implement in creation of Reference Libraries, reusable codes, and model based developments. Flair to Learn technologies specific to Railway domain. Team Player with prior experience in working with European customer is not mandatory but preferable.
